COVID-19 Notice - Operating Remotely
To all of our valued customers,
We hope this letter finds you and all those important to you healthy and safe. We are doing our best to continue to provide the level of service you’ve come to expect from MEDI, while taking all necessary precautions during the COVID-19 outbreak.
In compliance with recent county directives in the state of California, MEDI will be working remotely.
Our office phones have been programmed to forward your calls to our employees' cell phones as they work from their own homes. If you have trouble reaching someone, please call 510-459-0741 or 707-373-7187 with any questions or the status of your order. You may also email us at email@example.com.
Orders are still being processed, but may experience some delay. We ask that local customers ship their equipment to us versus dropping it off for service (please call or email us to obtain a RMA before shipping, or click here). We will schedule all upcoming field service appointments when our county authorities allow us to do so.
As of this writing, all of our Spirometry, Hearing Conservation and Breath Alcohol Technician certification courses are still scheduled. We are optimistic that they will continue as planned. However, you will be notified ASAP of any changes if you are currently registered, or check our website for updates.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. We will post any updates as they occur. We appreciate your patience as all of us try to navigate through this unique and constantly-changing situation.
