There are two ways to set up calibration of your unit(s) with MEDI:

  1. If you are located in California, Nevada, or Hawaii, you may schedule an appointment for a technician to service your equipment at your location. If you are interested in this option, please fill out the form below and someone from our office will call you to set up an appointment. Please note: If you are located in Southern/Central California, Nevada, or Hawaii, MEDI will do everything possible to accomodate your schedule, but please allow ample time to schedule your apointment on future dates.

  2. You may drop off or ship your unit(s) to MEDI for calibration and/or repair. Our address is 4814 E. 2nd Street, Benicia, CA 94510.  IMPORTANT! When sending in your audiometer, you MUST include the headset! If the headset is not included, calibration cannot be performed. We also will need the power supply used with the unit(s).
